Returns Policy

If you have an issue with an item you have received, you may submit a return/exchange request. We do not offer refunds, only store credit.

We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on preorder/personalized items.NO EXCEPTIONS.

All return and exchange requests must be made within 24 business hours of the order being delivered. Items must be in original, unaltered packaging (non-washed, unaltered, and non-embellished)

Shipping fees are the customers responsibility.

You should expect to receive your store credit within 1-2 business days of us receiving your returned item. However, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner.

If you need to return an item, please email us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If refund is approved, items must be returned to return address within 7 business days to receive refund.

If the return is a result of a damaged/ or incorrect item sent, MM5 will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

SHIPPING

We ship out all in stock non personalized items within 2-5 business days of your purchase. Monday - Friday, except holidays. If your items is to be personalized please allow for an additional 2-3 weeks based on current order load.

MM5 is NOT responsible for any damages that may occur after the package has left our mailbox and in the hands of the mail carrier. Please note that delays may occur for a multitude of reasons, including but not limited to weather, holidays, and high traffic times.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
